Bridgeton Holdings Lands $60M Refi for Walker Hotel TriBeCa

Bridgeton Holdings has secured a $60 million loan for the refinancing of the Walker Hotel TriBeCa, a 171-key lifestyle boutique hotel in TriBeCa. The loan was provided by Riyad Bank.

Situated at the corner of Broadway and Walker Street, the hotel was transformed from a historic office building originally built in 1899 and opened in 2020. The Walker Hotel TriBeCa features four food and beverage concepts, including a Blue Bottle Coffee and The Flower Shop Rooftop Bar. This hotel is Bridgeton’s second Walker-branded hotel in Manhattan, alongside the Walker Hotel Greenwich Village.

Newmark brokered the deal on behalf of the lender with a team of Jordan Roeschlaub, Dustin Stolly, Nick Scribani, Chris Kramer, and Tyler Dumon.
