Bridgeland’s First BTR Community Opens in October

Preleasing is underway for homes in Wingspan with its first residents set to move in this October. Wingspan is the first build-to-rent neighborhood in Bridgeland, and it features 263 homes inspired by modern farmhouse design. The Howard Hughes Corp. is developing the project.

The neighborhood has single-family attached and detached homes including casita-style homes, townhomes and duplexes with gated backyards and garages available in select units. One- to three-bedroom floorplans range from 650-1,700 square feet.

“Wingspan is an attractive option for residents wanting the lock-and-leave flexibility of renting along with the benefits that come with living in Bridgeland—including exceptional amenities, top-ranked schools and exciting commercial offerings,” said Howard Hughes’ Travis Guinn.

Amenities for Wingspan residents include a pool, indoor fitness center, playground, pet park, and outdoor spaces with fire pits and grills. Walking trails and the 22-acre Chrysalis Lake are located nearby.
