Beverly Hills-based BridgeCore Capital is expanding their commercial real estate lending program, selecting Kristan Latham for the newly created position of Director of Loan Originations. Latham will be responsible for CRE bridge loan originations throughout the U.S. 

Latham has more than 16 years of experience in origination, underwriting and asset management in the banking, mortgage brokerage and private lending industries. He will report directly to BridgeCore Founder and Principal Elliot Shirwo. 

In a news release, Shirwo said, “Kristan shares our core values of growth, integrity and commitment, and we are excited that he is joining our team.”
