Bridge33 Capital Acquires 148K-SF Retail Plaza in NH
Seattle-based Bridge33 has acquired Lordens Plaza, a 148,102-square-foot grocery-anchored shopping center in Milford, NH for an undisclosed price. Chris Angelone of JLL represented the seller, LNR Partners, in the transaction.
Located at the intersection of State Routes 101 and 101A, the center is home to a Shaw’s Supermarket, the only grocery store within a 5-mile radius. Other tenants at the center include Rite Aid and Fresenius Medical Care.
“With its strong location, a top performing Shaw’s, and a host of other established businesses, Lordens Plaza is the premier retail center in Milford,” said Bryce Peterson, COO of Bridge33 Capital. “Our team is excited to continue to improve the property and to bring new tenants to the center.”
