Denver mall picked up by Bridge33

Bridge33 Buys 4th Colorado Shopping Center

Bridge33 paid $98.1 million for a large open-air shopping center in Denver. The 826,502-square-foot Centennial Promenade is on about 45 acres off I-25 at East County Line and Chester. Bridge33 now owns four centers in Colorado. In all, the company owns properties in 23 states.

The Centennial Promenade is mostly leased. Its tenants include Total Wine & More, Michaels, Petco and Golf Galaxy. The state’s only Ikea is nearby.

While the seller was not disclosed, Denver-based Koelbel has the center’s leasing information on its website. The shopping center was previously owned by Ohio-based SITE Centers Corp.

The Denver Business Journal reports Centennial Promenade is the 15th largest shopping center in the Denver area.
