Bridge Targets 4M-SF of Development in California in 2023

Real estate operating company and investment manager Bridge Industrial has announced a development pipeline of nearly 4 million square feet of industrial facilities in Southern California and the Bay Area in 2023. The largest complex is Bridge Point Rancho Cucamonga I and II (pictured), a planned 2.2-million-square-foot logistics campus in the Inland Empire to be delivered in August.

“Southern California and the Bay Area continue to experience some of the lowest vacancy rates in the nation, and Bridge’s current pipeline is well-positioned to meet the needs of top-tier industrial users seeking modern, last mile warehousing space,” said Bridge SVP Greg Woolway.

Other projects planned for completion in the Golden State in 2023 and 2024 include:

  • Bridge Point South Bay V and VI, a combined 208,000 square feet in Gardena, CA
  • Bridge Point South Bay II and VII, a combined 278,000 square feet near the Port of LA
  • Bridge Point Vernon II and III, a combined 394,000 square feet in Vernon, CA
  • Bridge Point Commerce I and II, a combined 152,000 square feet in Central LA
  • Bridge Point North Hollywood, a 106,000-square-foot facility at Burbank Airport
  • Bridge Point Oakland, a 534,000 square foot warehouse in Oakland, CA
