Bridge Sells Trio of Santa Fe Springs Industrial Assets

Bridge Development Partners, LLC sold three industrial properties totaling 224,000 square feet at Bridge Point Santa Fe Springs, a former abandoned dairy site. Two of the buildings were completed as build-to-suit developments for the companies that acquired them, while the third was sold to a real estate investment firm. Financial terms of the deals were not disclosed.

UniFirst Corp. acquired Building I, a 74,120-square-foot building on 3.57 acres at 13101 Rosecrans Ave. JLL’s Paul Sablock and Christopher Lawrence represented the tenant.

Novella Plastics acquired Building II, a 75,331-square-foot facility on 3.18 acres at 13123 Rosecrans Ave. Redpoint Realty’s Michael Lee represented the tenant.

Westcore Properties acquired Building III, a 74,038-square-foot building on 2.93 acres at 13915 Maryton Ave., upon completion of the shell. The building was subsequently leased to Carroll Tire Company, a division of Sumitomo Tire.

Colliers International’s Scott Heaton and Chris Sheehan represented Bridge in all three transactions, as well as the buyer in the sale of the third building.
