Bridge Promotes Isela Rosales to Leadership Role for Capital Markets, ESG and Sustainability

Salt Lake City-based Bridge Investment Group named Isela Rosales Managing Director of Capital Markets, ESG and Sustainability. She will lead the firm’s ESG Steering Committee to oversee the development, implementation and refinement of firm-wide environmental, social and governance initiatives and practices, driving sustainable investments and operations, as well as maintain a focused effort on the Capital Markets Group related to specific accounts and real estate consultants.

The company said, “With Isela in her new role, we are confident we can continue to amplify the work that Matt Jensen began around our efforts to own and operate assets in the most efficient and responsible manner possible, to the benefit of all constituencies. With this appointment, we would also like to announce the resignation of Matt Jensen to pursue other career opportunities.”

Rosales will report to COO, Adam O’Farrell, and to Vice Chairman and Capital Markets Group leader, Dean Allara.

Dennis has also worked on communications and launch strategies for a number of consumer electronic, media and tech brands including SlingMedia, Channel Master, Deluxe Media Entertainment, BeIn Sports, EchoStar and Sprint. Dennis’s agency background included firms such as Off Madison Ave., Idea Hall and Macy + Associates. He has earned an outstanding reputation with organization leaders as a trusted advisor, strategic program implementer, consensus builder and exceptional collaborator. Dennis has developed and managed national communications programs for Fortune 500 companies to start-ups, both public and private.
