
Bridge Plans Pair of Puget Sound Industrial Developments
Bridge Development Partners, LLC acquired two Puget Sound sites with plans for development of industrial projects. One site is a 4.73-acre property at 26524 79th Ave. in Kent, WA, where it will soon begin development on Bridge Point Kent 100 (pictured). The developer also picked up a 2.89-acre property at 1710 136th Ave. East in Sumner, WA, where it will begin development on Bridge Point Sumner 60.
Purchased from an independent seller, the Kent property will be home to a newly-constructed, state-of-the-art industrial facility totaling 97,522 square feet. The building is expected to be delivered in Q1 2020. Steve Brunette, Shawn Childs, and Andrew Stark of CBRE brokered the deal for Bridge.
Acquired from an independent seller, the Sumner property will be home to a completely new building totaling 64,574 square feet. Bridge expects to break ground on the development in the next 30 days, and complete construction by Q1 2020. Kermit Jorgensen and Scott Price from Neil Walter company brokered the deal for Bridge.
