Bridge Investment Group has awarded Stream Realty Partners the leasing assignment of The Dupree, a six-story office building in the Cumberland/Galleria submarket of Atlanta, GA.

Glenn Kolker, Steve DeVinney and Madison McClennan of Stream Realty Partners Atlanta will serve as leasing agents on behalf of Bridge Commercial Real Estate, a commercial brokerage subsidy of Bridge Investment Group.

The Dupree is located at 6120 Power Ferry Road NW and has undergone a $3.4-million renovation that includes reimagined “third space” features for tenants seeking to encourage collaboration and work-life balance for employees. Amenities include a new tenant lounge with an outdoor patio, conference facility with a catering kitchen, and fitness center with showers and locker rooms.
