Bridge Investment Group Adds Managing Director in Capital Markets
Bridge Investment Group has hired Peter LaMassa as managing director in the capital markets group. He will be responsible for securing capital commitments, building and maintaining investor relationships, and growing the presence of the group, which invests across multifamily, affordable housing, seniors housing and medical properties, office and debt strategies.
LaMassa joins Bridge from J.P. Morgan Wealth Management, where he served as a managing director—alternative investment specialist. There, his work focused primarily on private clients, foundations and endowments. Previously, LaMassa was responsible for marketing strategy as VP at UBS Wealth Management.
“We are excited to welcome Peter, and are confident his 20-plus years of experience in investor relations and marketing within the alternative investments industry will add great value to Bridge and the Capital Markets Group,” said Dean Allara, vice chairman of Bridge and head of the capital markets group.
