Bridge Investment Group Acquires 138K-SF Office Building in Cumberland

Bridge Investment Group has acquired the Dupree Building, a six-story, 138,433-square-foot office building in Atlanta’s Cumberland submarket. The sales price and seller were not disclosed.

Located at 6120 Powers Ferry Rd., the property features office spaces ranging from 24,000 to 138,000 square feet. Bridge plans to invest $4.5 million in capital improvements to the property. The renovations will start immediately and include a modernized lobby, new tenant amenity lounges, conference and training centers and an outdoor collaborative space with landscaped patio.

Bridge’s Metro Atlanta office portfolio is now approximately 2.8 million square feet. Bridge also owns Lenox Park in Brookhaven, Embassy Row in Sandy Springs and Royal Centre and Park at Windward in Alpharetta.
