Bridge Industrial plans to build a Class-A industrial facility on the site of a former truck parking lot in Melrose Park, Illinois

Bridge Industrial Gears Up for Next Melrose Park Project

Bridge Industrial acquired a 12-acre site in a forward sale structure to serve as the future home of Bridge Point Melrose Park II in Melrose Park, IL. Bridge acquired the property, formerly a truck parking lot, from a joint venture of Missner Group and Timber Hill for an undisclosed sum.

The seller will be retained by Bridge to complete the 186,880-square-foot Class A industrial facility. Bridge Point Melrose Park II is expected to be delivered in the third quarter of 2023 and marks the second acquisition under Bridge’s national acquisitions platform.

Matthew Stauber, Thomas Rodeno and Patrick Turner of Colliers represented the sellers.

“Following the rapid leasing velocity and overall success we’ve experienced at our neighboring Bridge Point Melrose Park, we’re eager to own another state-of-the-art facility in the highly sought-after O’Hare submarket,” said Cory Welper, director, Central Region acquisitions at Bridge.
