Bridge Industrial Buys Linden Industrial Service Facility
Bridge Industrial, a vertically integrated real estate operating company and investment manager, has acquired a 115,000-square-foot industrial service facility in Linden, New Jersey.
The property, originally built in 1949, was fully occupied by a truck dealership at the time of the sale and has a history of serving as a trucking repair and maintenance facility. The acquisition was facilitated by The Blau & Berg Company, which represented both Bridge and the seller.
Bridge plans to make capital improvements to the building and parking lot and aims to have the facility fully occupied by Q4 of 2024.
