BRIDGE Housing to Open 75-Unit Beaverton Housing Project

BRIDGE Housing, a San Francisco-based developer of affordable homes, is set to celebrate the grand opening of Altura, a 75-unit affordable housing community for families developed in partnership with Washington County and Metro.

Located in the South Cooper Mountain neighborhood of Beaverton, Altura is close to schools, recreational and shopping amenities, and is less than 20 minutes from downtown Beaverton. The architect is Salazar Architect, and the general contractor is Colas Construction. With Altura’s opening, BRIDGE Housing has more than 700 housing units in Washington County and more than 1,900 units in the Portland metropolitan area.

Altura consists of one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments and will be affordable for families earning 30% to 60% of Area Median Income. The project includes a community room, playground, BBQ areas, bike parking, and resident services provided by Impact NW.
