BRIDGE Housing Tabs Schubert as Portland Development Director

Nonprofit developer BRIDGE Housing has announced that Sarah Schubert has been appointed to the position of Director of Real Estate Development in Portland, OR. In her new role, Schubert will lead the firm’s real estate development activities in Portland and will undertake new developments while supporting BRIDGE’s existing pipeline in Washington County.

Schubert joined BRIDGE in May after serving as Director of Housing for Human Solutions, where she managed a pipeline of affordable housing developments and oversaw asset management and resident services. Some notable projects she’s been involved with include The Nick Fish in the NE Portland Gateway Urban Renewal Area, the Aurora and several preservation projects in Gresham and East Multnomah County.

Schubert began her career in New York City, working in both the public and private sectors. She earned a Bachelor’s from James Madison University and a Master’s in Public Administration from Columbia University.
