BRIDGE Housing to Develop 61 Affordable Units in North Portland

The Portland Housing Bureau has tapped BRIDGE Housing of San Francisco to develop 61 new affordable apartment units in the N. Williams Center development. The project will soon be under construction in North Portland’s Eliot Neighborhood.

The $18.3 million project is being designed by Ankrom Moisan Architects, and will be directed to low income families. The four-story building will include one-, two- and three-bedroom units and a children’s area, community gardens, a parking lot and a chicken coop. Longtime residents and those who have been displaced in the neighborhood will be given priority on the units.
