Bridge, DPC Acquire 1.3M-SF Denver West Campus
Salt Lake City-based Bridge Investment Group and Denver-based DPC Companies acquired Denver West Business Park, a 20-building, 1.3-million-square-foot flexible office campus located 15 minutes from downtown Denver. The 82-acre property at 1546 Cole Blvd. was sold for an undisclosed amount by New York-based HighBrook Investment Management LP, which had acquired the asset in 2014 for $104 million.
Originally built between 1974 and 1981, Denver West has undergone more than $25 million in capital improvements since 2014, and is 78% occupied. Bridge and DPC plan to invest $14 million more over the next three-to-four years on additional improvements.
Bridge Investment Group’s David McCleve says, “With strategic renovations, we will reintroduce Denver West as a next-generation workplace that will not only change perceptions of the campus, but will also prepare the entire area for the rapid growth ahead.”
