Bridge CRE Relocates HQ to Flex Office Space at Lenox Park

Bridge Commercial Real Estate and Bridge Office have opened its new, 19,875-square foot workspace at 1277 Lenox Park. The seven-story, 152,354-square-foot Class A building is within the 32-acre Lenox Park mixed-use office campus in Atlanta.

The new location will accommodate approximately 80 employees relocating from Bridge’s former headquarters at Concourse Office Park and according to the company signals a growing shift among leading employers who are transitioning from traditional corporate office space for more nimble and flexible layouts that boost collaboration and employee engagement while reducing overall real estate costs.

1277 Lenox Park has undergone a multi-million-dollar interior and exterior renovation that created a workspace blending elements of flexible office suites and traditional office space. Improvements include a new lobby and a 12,000-square-foot tenant amenity lounge overlooking the 32-acre property.

The Lenox Park campus also has 1,800 apartments, 150 hotel rooms and four single-family home developments.

About Lisa McDuffie

Lisa McDuffie arrives at ConnectCRE via REALTOR® world, where she served for nearly two decades as communications director for one of the nation’s largest REALTOR® organizations. She supported two membership-elected presidents who were commercial real estate practitioners, and managed the communications initiatives of the organization’s commercial special interest group. When not following the latest commercial real estate news, Lisa is zeroed in on her charismatic off-the-track thoroughbred as she makes the transition from an utterly failed racehorse to a lovely show hunter.
