Bridge Buys Kent Site, Plans 310K-SF Industrial Development

Bridge Development Partners acquired 6750 S. 228th St. in Kent with plans to transform the site into Bridge Point Kent 300, a pair of state-of-the-art industrial facilities totaling 309,028 square feet. The Chicago-based developer acquired the 15.85-acre site in December and will demolish existing buildings on site so construction on the project can commence.

One building will span 258,499 square feet and feature 36-foot clear heights, 32 exterior docks, 27 stalls for trailer parking, 296 stalls for car parking and two drive-in doors. The other building will total 50,529 square feet and feature 32-foot clear heights, 11 exterior docks, 102 stalls for car parking and two drive-in doors. The site will also include public outdoor space for Kent residents.

JLL’s Chris Spofford, David Cahill and Connor Rafferty represented Bridge in the acquisition of the property and will handle the listing. The project is expected to be ready for occupancy in Q1 2022.
