Bridge Breaks Ground on Silicon Valley Class A Industrial Campus

Bridge Development Partners, LLC has broken ground for its Bridge Point Silicon Valley project featuring 722,000 square feet of modern, Class A industrial space on 34.5-acres located at 205 N. McCarthy Blvd. in Milpitas.

The site will feature two buildings, one offering 333,800 square feet and the second 388,240 square feet. Both facilities are planned to have 36-foot clear ceilings and 185-foot truck court depths to reflect demands from logistics-intensive users expected to gravitate to the project.

Bridge expects to deliver Bridge Point Silicon Valley in Q4 2020. The site is located along the I-880 corridor, known as the common ground of leading technology players and traditional warehouse facilities. The site also has access to Route 237 and I-680, making it an ideal location for tenants in shipping, logistics and other industries.
