
BriarLake Plaza Looks to Re-Energize Amenities for Lease-Up
Transwestern Real Estate Services has been engaged by Cousins Properties to provide office leasing services for BriarLake Plaza in Houston’s Westchase submarket. The assignment encompasses two class-A assets: the 502,410-square-foot One BriarLake Plaza at 2000 W. Sam Houston Parkway South and the 333,100-square-foot Two BriarLake Plaza at 2050 W. Sam Houston Parkway South. The office leasing team of David Baker, Tyler Garrett and Katy Gragg will represent ownership.
“We are excited to take the premier project in West Houston to the next level by re-energizing the amenities and enhancing the experience for tenants in search of both move-in ready options and long-term headquarters locations,” said Baker.
Currently 84.9 percent leased, BriarLake Plaza offers a fitness center with locker rooms, two on-site food service options, a conference center for large and small meeting requirements, green space and a lake. Ownership plans to add more amenities.
BriarLake Plaza has prime ingress and egress from its location one exit south of Interstate 10 at the Briar Forest exit. The project is directly connected via walkway to Briar Lake Village.
