Brian Adams Joins Hunt with Focus on Fannie and Freddie Multifamily

Brian Adams has joined Hunt Real Estate Capital as director, based in Dallas. He will focus on originating Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac conventional and small balance multifamily loans nationwide.

Before joining Hunt RE Capital, Adams worked as first VP, capital markets at Marcus & Millichap Capital Corporation (MMCC), specializing in multifamily debt and equity placement. He joined MMCC in January 2011 and has been involved in the origination and closing of more than $1 billion of real estate financings.

“We continue to see exceptionally strong demand for the middle-market multifamily sector, both from renters seeking safe, quality, and affordable housing, as well as owner-operators looking for an attractive risk-return profile at this point in the cycle,” said Rick Warren, head of small balance production at Hunt RE Capital. “Brian will play a pivotal role in structuring fast, flexible loan solutions for borrowers during a period of high competition.”
