BRGDM Incentivizes Buyers for Hudson Hts. Condo Project

BRGDM, the development marketing division of Bohemia Realty Group, is emphasizing end-of-year sales incentives at Orient Development’s Ammann, a new boutique condominium project in Northern Manhattan’s Hudson Heights neighborhood.

Buyers signing contracts by Dec. 31 for any of the remaining one-bedroom or two-bedroom units will receive a complimentary storage unit, valued at $10,000, and six months of free common charges.

“This is an extraordinary opportunity for buyers seeking luxury living in Upper Manhattan,” said Beth Gittleman, head of sales and development for BRGDM and Bohemia Realty. “The Ammann is offering the only ground-up new development in the neighborhood at an even greater value with this incredible incentive for purchasers looking for an end of year bonus.”

Asking prices for the one-bedroom apartments start at $600,000. The asking price for the two-bedroom apartments starts at $789,000. The asking price for penthouses, which feature two-bedrooms and two full bathrooms, is $1.298 million.
