Brew Pub Closing Opens Up Rogers Park Space
Empirical Brewery is closing its Rogers Park Brew Pub in mid-October, leaving prime commercial space available for lease at 1330 W. Morse Ave. within the Mayne Stage private event venue. Empirical ownership has decided to refocus on beer distribution, although sales at the pub have reportedly been strong.
The building is owned by TAWANI Enterprises and managed by TAWANI Property Management.
“We wish Empirical success in their future endeavors,” said TAWANI property Management’s Kimberlee Carr. “TAWANI Enterprises and TAWANI Property Management are invested in the community and will be working to fill the storefront space with a long-term tenant that will bring new value to the neighborhood.”
Available Oct. 14, the 2,250-square-foot commercial space with 1,200 square feet of basement has been occupied by Rogers Park Brew Pub since June 2017. This neighborhood destination is located near the Morse CTA stop in an area frequented by both residents and tourists.
