Brett Hartzell Joins CBRE’s West Coast National Partners Team

CBRE Senior Vice President Brett Hartzell has joined the company’s West Coast National Partners team in CBRE’s Seattle office, along with Taylor Odegard, a member of Hartzell’s team.

Hartzell, a 30-year real estate veteran who specializes in the sale and leasing of industrial and office assets, has leased more than 60 million square feet since 1983, and produced a sales volume north of $5.5 billion.

CBRE National Partners consists of 29 industry leaders who collaborate through a partnership model. The West Coast National Partners Team – which includes Darla Longo, Barbara Emmons, Rebeca Perlmutter, Michael Kendall, Andrew Briner and Gina Christen – sold $2.5 billion of investment real estate totaling more than 23 million square feet in 2015.
