Brentwood Shopping Center Adds New Tenant 

#1 Beauty Supply is the latest tenant to join Washington, DC’s Brentwood Square Shopping Center. The brand signed a 7-year lease for a 4,700-square-foot retail space at 1201-1233 Brentwood Rd NE in the historic Brentwood area. 

Situated at the intersection of Brentwood Road and 13th St NE, the Brentwood Square Shopping Center boasts parking space and offers access via the Washington Metro’s Red Line, with the Rhode Island Ave. Brentwood Metro Station in close proximity.  

“The visibility and signage opportunity to Brentwood Road made this a great choice for our tenant,” said Rob Gray, vice president of Divaris Real Estate, who negotiated the lease on behalf of  #1 Beauty Supply.  “There is also a close proximity to shadow anchors including Home Depot and Giant Grocery at Rhode Island Place.”
