Brennan Investment Group Acquires 16-Acre Development Site in Conyers

Private real estate investment firm Brennan Investment Group has acquired a nearly 16-acre development site in Conyers for a speculative development project. The sales price was not disclosed.

Located at 2082 East Park Dr. NE, the site is approximately 24 miles from Atlanta. Brennan plans to construct a modern, Class A industrial facility totaling 216,000 square feet at the site. The facility will feature 32-foot clear heights, ESFR sprinkler system, abundant auto parking, and trailer storage. Groundbreaking is scheduled during the third quarter of 2019, and completion is targeted for the third quarter of 2020.
