Brennan Buys 16 Acres in Louisville to Develop Logistics Building
Brennan Investment Group has acquired 16 acres of land on in Louisville, KY with plans to develop a logistics building totaling 243,613 square feet by Q4 2022. Financials were not disclosed.
The new development is designed for two tenants but can accommodate a single-tenant user, offering ultimate flexibility during the lease-up period.
The property on Cane Run Road is adjacent to the Greenbelt Highway in Riverport, which itself is within proximity to major roadways, rail, and the Ohio River. The site is also close to the Louisville Muhammad Ali International Airport, the UPS Worldport Hub and the Port of Louisville.
“We are pleased to complete this land acquisition in a market with 22 consecutive quarters of positive net absorption,” remarked Kevin Brennan, managing principal of Brennan’s Midwest Region. “A key element of our development strategy is to identify in-fill parcels in submarkets with high occupancy and high levels of net absorption.”
