Brennan Brings Industrial Tenant Out of Chicago

Brennan Investment Group leased 30,550-square feet at 3838 River Rd. in Schiller Park, IL to MidAmerican Printing Systems, Inc. MidAmerican will move from 1716 West Grand Ave. in Chicago, where it has 25,000 square feet, when the lease commences in July.

Colliers International | Chicago’s Tom Rodeno and Matthew Stauber represented Brennan. Lee & Associates’ Sean Austin advised MidAmerican.

“MidAmerican is yet another example of a 30-year-plus, highly reputable Fulton Market business that was attracted to a more centrally located facility in the O’Hare market,” Austin said.

The River Rd. location offers MidAmerican access to the Interstate system, O’Hare International Airport and labor markets, and was the main driver in the decision to relocate.

“It’s hard to find smaller units with heavy trailer parking near the airport,” said Rodeno. “For tenants seeking space with immediate access to the Midwest distribution network, this is a perfect property.”
