Brennan Boosts Portfolio with Trio of Acquisitions

Chicago-based Brennan Investment Group, LLC acquired a three-building industrial portfolio totaling 482,683 square feet in three markets: Chicago, Indianapolis and Bakersfield, CA. The seller and price were undisclosed.

The properties involved include:
-5804-08 Churchman Bypass, Indianapolis, IN (206,272 square feet)
-5801 District Blvd., Bakersfield, CA (232,396 square feet)
-4050 Ryan Rd., Gurnee, IL (43,475 square feet)

Brennan Investment Group’s Scott McKibben says, “Our national platform permits us to source and underwrite opportunities as they arise across a spectrum of strong markets throughout the United States. This has allowed our company to acquire value-add transactions in a competitive market.”

Since 2010, Brennan Investment Group has acquired more than $3 billion in industrial real estate. The company’s current portfolio spans 23 states and encompasses in excess of 28 million square feet.
