Breather Leases at 875 Washington

Breather, the leading on-demand meeting space provider, signed a long-term lease for 3,707 square feet on the second floor of 875 Washington St. in the Chelsea neighborhood of Manhattan. Plans call for the opening of two Breather meeting room spaces for rent.
“Breather chose the ideal property for its newest location in the Meatpacking District, which is continuing to grow in popularity as a premier area for companies operating in technology and related businesses,” said Adam Rappaport, vice president of office leasing at Thor Equities.
