Connect CRE, ApartmentBuildings.com Launch Awards for Multifamily Excellence
In a first of its kind, Connect CRE and sister website ApartmentBuildings.com have jointly launched The ApartmentBuildings.com 100 from Connect CRE. The awards program will honor advancement and achievement in the multifamily space, from dealmaking and development to technology and finance.
The ApartmentBuildings.com 100 from Connect CRE will recognize excellence in multifamily in the U.S. and Canada. A total of 100 individuals and teams will be selected from across the two countries.
These multifamily leaders will be recognized in the following categories:
- Dealmakers of the Year
- Developers of the Year
- Transactions of the Year
- Innovators of the Year (Technology, Property Management, Financing, Sustainability, Affordability, Private-Public Partnership)
