Brandywine Realty Trust unveiled plans for the final phase of its 34-acre, mixed-use Garza Ranch development in southwest Austin. The Philadelphia REIT is ready to go with Garza Ranch Building Two, a 150,000-square-foot office building. Upon completion, Building Two, at 6316 Legado Ln., will join the 250,000-square-foot Garza Ranch Building One, which will be 100% occupied in Q1 2020. Page Architects is the designer.

The developer plans to launch construction on Building Two in late 2019; JLL’s Kevin Kimbrough and Brent Powdrill are handling leasing.

In addition to two office buildings, Garza Ranch, at William Cannon Drive and MoPac, includes the 370-unit Alexan Garza Ranch developed by Trammell Crow Residential, and the 140-room Aloft hotel, on which Pathfinder Development has launched construction.
