Brand Atlantic, Wheelock Street Capital Complete Boutique Office in W. Palm Beach

Brand Atlantic Real Estate Partners, in partnership with Wheelock Street Capital, has completed the redevelopment of 111 Olive in downtown West Palm Beach. Located in the Clematis Waterfront District, the mixed-use building is the first phase of Banyan & Olive, a boutique Class-A commercial development.

B+H Architects with executive architect Spina O’Rourke + Partners restored the original 1936 Arte Moderne-style exterior designed by John Volk. They also designed a complete renovation of its three-story interior. Banyan & Olive are tied together through a shared architectural vision that maintains its original façade.

111 Olive presents office spaces that feature original elements including up to 14-feet ceiling heights and Miami-Dade Pine timber wood ceilings. The building’s 15,000-square feet office floor plates are divisible and are being delivered as two 9,000-square feet suites and two 5,000-square feet suites, with one of the smaller suites fully built out for immediate move-in.
