Branch Properties Secures Retail Leases with BurgerFi, Chop’t, Panda Express at Perimeter Marketplace

Atlanta-based real estate investment firm Branch Properties has secured several new retail leases with fast casual restaurants and healthcare tenants at Perimeter Marketplace, a 68,077-square-foot retail project in Dunwoody.

Newly-signed tenants include national burger chain BurgerFi; creative salad company Chop’t; fast casual Chinese restaurant Panda Express and First Watch, a daytime café serving breakfast, brunch and lunch. Aspen Dental and primary care provider One Medical have also signed on to open space within the center. Once completed, the project will also include a Quick Trip gas station. The center, which is located at the corner of Meadow Lane and Ashford-Dunwoody Road, is currently 77% pre-leased.

“The Dunwoody/Perimeter market has proven to be one of the strongest areas for economic growth in metro Atlanta, even through the ongoing pandemic,” said Brett Horowitz, Head of Asset Management at Branch Properties. “We are looking forward to delivering an easily accessible and well-connected shopping center that provides surrounding office users and nearby residents with a mix of offerings to meet their daily needs.”
