Branch Properties Lands Site for Publix-Anchored Shopping Center in Gainesville

Atlanta-based Branch Properties has acquired a development site for Limestone Marketplace, an upcoming Publix Super Markets-anchored shopping center located at the intersection of Limestone Parkway and New Holland Way in Gainesville, GA. The 76,764-square-foot center is slated for completion in Q2 2024.

Limestone Marketplace will include a 54,964-square-foot Publix Super Market and 21,800 square feet of inline retail space for restaurants, service providers and retailers. The property will also include three outparcels ranging in size from one acre to just over three acres.

“Our team at is eager to continue growing our footprint across the greater Gainesville area, which has proven to be one of the best markets for development due to its incredible population growth and increased need for high quality retail,” said Jesse Shannon, CIO at Branch Properties.

Private real estate investment firm Branch Properties currently owns and manages area properties, including Village Shoppes at Gainesville, a 21.5-acre Publix Super Markets-anchored power center, and Lakeshore Mall.
