Branch Properties Divests from 166K-SF Shopping Center Near St. Petersburg
Atlanta-based Branch Properties has divested from South Pasadena Shopping Center, a 165,746-square-foot Walmart Neighborhood Market-anchored shopping center in South Pasadena, FL. The property is six miles west of downtown St. Petersburg.
Originally built in 1959, the center experienced substantial renovations in 2014 and is currently home to a mix of nationally recognized tenants, including CVS Pharmacy, Bealls Outlet and Ace Hardware, in addition to Walmart Neighborhood Market. Currently 100% leased, the development also features several locally owned businesses.
CBRE negotiated the transaction on behalf of Branch Properties. The undisclosed buyer was represented by Saugatuck Commercial Real Estate.
