Branch Properties Announces Plans to Develop $29M Shopping Center in Dunwoody

Private real estate investment firm Branch Properties has announced plans to develop Perimeter Marketplace, a 39,150-square-foot shopping center in Dunwoody.

The center, which will be anchored by a 25,147-square-foot Publix supermarket, is located on a 10-acre plot just north of Perimeter Mall. The project is slated to be delivered in fall of 2021.

The general contractor for the project is Young Contracting. Phillips Partnership is serving as architect, and Contineo Group as civil engineer.
