Brain Injury Rehab Clinic to Relocate to Tarzana Medical Atrium

The Centre for Neuro Skills signed a 10-year lease for 24,500 square feet at Tarzana Medical Atrium in Tarzana. The nearly 90,000-square-foot medical office building at 5411 Etiwanda Ave. is under construction and is scheduled to open in January 2020. Medical Asset Management is overseeing construction and leasing.

Medical Asset Management’s Mitch Yankowitz notes the MOB’s central location is ideal for the brain injury clinic because its “patients often travel for this type of specialized care.”

When the three-story, Class A medical office building opens, it will be the first new building in 25 years on the Tarzana Medical Center campus. The site is adjacent to Providence Cedars-Sinai Tarzana Medical Center, which is being expanded and redeveloped.

The brain clinic will relocate its facility from Encino. Providence Tarzana Medical Center also plans to expand into space at the new MOB.
