Bradley Suttle Joins CBRE

CBRE hired Bradley Suttle as Vice President for the San Antonio office. In his new role, Suttle will head up activities focused on retail investment properties throughout the local area. He joins CBRE following a four-year stint with Cushman & Wakefield /San Antonio Commercial Advisors.

In his previous job, Suttle was director of retail investment sales, in which he focused on negotiating the acquisition and disposition of single- and multi-tenant properties throughout the San Antonio metro and South Texas. He also held positions at Ironwood Real Estate, HPI Real Estate Services & Investments and Frost Bank. To date, he has sold one million square feet, totaling $100 million in value.

Suttle received his undergraduate and master’s degrees at University of Texas at Austin, where his emphasis was in accounting.
