Bradley Company Moves Head Office to Indianapolis, Names New CEO
Bradley Company will establish its principal office in Indianapolis, boosting the state’s largest independently owned full-service commercial real estate firm’s presence in the Circle City. The company has also named Chad Phillips as its new president and CEO. He will succeed Brad Toothaker, who will turn his focus to strategic growth initiatives for the company.
Founded in 1978, Bradley Company has seven offices in Indiana and Michigan. Establishing its principal office in Indianapolis is a natural progression in the company’s evolution and growth. In 2020, Bradley acquired Indianapolis-based RESOURCE Commercial Real Estate, absorbing more than 40 real estate professionals to the Bradley team.
Phillips takes the helm of the company after spending a year as the president of growth and development. He has more than 20 years of experience in commercial real estate and has held leadership roles at CBRE and Simon Property Group during his career.
