Bradford Signs Four New Tenants for Midway Center

Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services comes off a strong first quarter with four new tenants secured for Midway Center in Farmers Branch.

The quartet of leases has filled 9,025 square feet in a 46,064-square-foot project that’s gained occupancy traction as extensive road construction edges closer toward its October completion. Midway Center at 14430-14476 Midway Rd. is now 84% leased, an uptick of more than 19% with the incoming tenants.

The newly signed leases are with Rock a Snap Baby LLC, who secured 3,750 square feet; VertiCon Construction, with 1,950 square feet; Chioma Co., with 1,875 square feet and AAT Financial Consultants Corp, with 1,450 square feet.

The Bradford team negotiated directly with VertiCon Construction and AAT Financial Consultants, both of which have moved into their new spots. The other two new tenants will occupy their spaces in late spring or early summer. Nicholas Nelson of Discover Real Estate, represented Rock a Snap Baby and Rene Robles of Vision Commercial Real Estate represented Chioma.
