Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services, an international full-service real estate company based in Dallas, has achieved 100% occupancy in separate multi-building projects in the Brookhollow industrial submarket, backfilling 33,818 square feet with two new tenants for a New York-based landlord.

AMX PCS LLC leased the 19,318-square-foot balance of Mockingbird Place at 444 Mockingbird Lane and Ferguson Enterprises LLC has taken the remaining 14,500 square feet at 4800 Lakawana St., both in Dallas. Executive VP and managing partner of Brian Pafford of Bradford secured the leases for GKI Industrial Dallas LLC.

“Basically, the landlord’s portfolio is fully leased. It’s difficult to find spaces in these sizes in the market,” Pafford said. “Much of today’s demand is coming from companies wanting to expand. GKI’s portfolio historically is well-leased, but the quick lease-up definitely correlates to the current demand for industrial space in DFW “

AMX, a supplier of commercial cleaning products, has settled into its new location. Ferguson, which sells plumbing supplies, will occupy its spot in the second quarter.
