Innovative Business Services LLC has renewed a 20,385-square-foot industrial lease in Railhead Business Station in north Fort Worth, locking in the class A space well in advance of the lease expiration. The logistics and warehouse firm has signed a long-term lease for 800 Railhead Rd., one of three buildings in the 214,650-square-foot project. Sun Life Assurance Co. of Canada is the landlord.

“It’s been a mutually beneficial landlord-tenant relationship through the years, which resulted in a straight-forward, simple renewal,” says Nick Talley, executive vice president and managing partner in the Fort Worth office for Dallas-based Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services. He represented Sun Life.

Jay Benner of Cushman & Wakefield’s Texas office represented Innovative Business Services, which re-signed its lease nine months early. Railhead Business Station, which has an occupancy rate of 90 percent, is located in the metroplex, with access to Interstate 35W and Loop 820.
