Bradford Allen Secures 11K-SF Central Loop Lease Renewal for Anesi Ozmon
Bradford Allen has completed a seven-year, 10,780-square-foot office lease renewal for law firm Anesi Ozmon Ltd. at 161 N. Clark St. in Chicago’s Central Loop.
Anesi Ozmon was represented by Bradford Allen’s Ben Azulay, president of brokerage services, and Nathan Meisner, associate director. “With Class A space at a premium in downtown Chicago, Anesi Ozmon chose to remain at 161 N. Clark but update its private office footprint to meet the firm’s evolving needs,” said Azulay.
Designed by Kohn Pederson Fox and built in 1992, 161 N. Clark is a Class A, 50-story tower featuring an expansive modern lobby, a tenant lounge, conference rooms, and a fitness center. First-floor retail tenants include Hannah’s Bretzel, Fifth Third Bank, DHL and Larry’s Shoe Shine.
161 N. Clark is located steps from multiple L stations in the Loop and a mile or less from the Ogilvie Transportation Center, Union Station, Millennium Station and LaSalle Street Station. The Central Loop accounted for 33.4% of third-quarter office leases.
