Cohen Brothers' office tower at 750 Lexington Avenue in Manhattan is also known as 1 International Plaza

Bradford Allen Named Leasing Agent at Cohen Brothers’ 750 Lexington Ave.

Bradford Allen has been selected by Cohen Brothers Realty Corporation as office leasing agent for 750 Lexington Ave. in Manhattan’s Plaza District. Glenn Isaacson, president of Bradford Allen’s New York office, and associate Tony Builder, will direct the leasing campaign for the property, also known as 1 International Plaza.

Founded in 2003 in Chicago, Bradford Allen opened its New York office last year with Isaacson at its helm. The agency assignment for 750 Lexington Ave. represents a milestone for the firm in the New York market, and an opportunity for Isaacson to bring his Plaza District expertise to market the select availabilities at 750 Lexington.

“The opportunity to represent this marquee asset on behalf of one of New York’s finest owners is an important benchmark, and I am proud to personally direct the campaign and reintroduce this extraordinary property to the market,” said Isaacson.
