Bradford Allen Adds Exec to Spearhead NY Practice 

Chicago-based brokerage firm Bradford Allen has added Gordon Ogden as executive managing director, spearheading the firm’s tenant representation practice in New York.  

With extensive experience negotiating high-profile deals for major corporations like The New York Times, Gannett, and Nike, Ogden brings a wealth of expertise to expand Bradford Allen’s footprint in the New York metro region. His career spans roles at Edward S. Gordon Company and CBRE before co-founding Byrnam Wood LLC. Ogden’s philanthropic contributions include active board participation and chairing roles in various educational and charitable organizations.  

“Gordon has a proven track record of success across New York’s office sector, where he has negotiated hundreds of deals for top-tier local, national and international companies and corporations that call the city home,” said Laurence Elbaum, principal and co-founder of Bradford Allen.
