Bradenton Office Tower Trades for $15M
South Florida-based Savlan Capital acquired Bradenton Financial Center, a 12-story office building in Bradenton for $14.9 million. Located at 1401 W. Manatee Ave., the property was built in 1986 and is the tallest building in Bradenton.
Rick Brugge, Mike Davis and Rick Colon of Cushman & Wakefield represented both Savlan Capital and the seller, BFC Bradenton LLC, in the transaction.
The property is currently 90% leased to a tenant roster that includes Bank of America, Merrill Lynch and Morgan Stanley. The ground-floor retail space is occupied by Sage Biscuit Café. The property also includes a five-story parking garage adjacent to the office building.
