Bradenton MF Community Trades for $53M

CBRE has brokered the $53.3 million sale of The Lory of Braden River, a 270-unit multifamily property in Brandenton, FL.

Located at 702 51st Street East, the property was built between 2002 and 2004. The community features a gated entrance as well as a clubhouse, meeting room, fitness center, walking trail, pet spa, bark park and outdoor kitchen stations. The property is currently 96% occupied.

Michael Regan and Francesco Carriera of CBRE represented both the buyer, Goldelm Capital, as well as the seller, Lexerd Capital, in the transaction.
